You don’t need more setups.
You need more discipline.

Let’s talk about the mental traps that kill good traders:

1. Performance = Identity

You win, you feel unstoppable. You lose, you question your whole strategy.

Wrong mindset.

Treat performance like intel. Not identity.
Your job is to execute clean systems, not to chase daddies validation.

2. You’re Trading to Prove, Not to Extract

You keep forcing trades because you want to win the day.

Stop.

You’re here to extract value from inefficient markets, not to make yourself feel good.

3. Your Journaling Sucks

“Entered long. Stopped out. Moved on.”

That’s not a journal. That’s useless noise.

Instead:

  • What did I see?

  • Did I follow my plan?

  • What pattern is emerging?
